The University of Akron Department of Athletics announced its 40th Annual Varsity A” Sports Hall of Fame Inductees on Wednesday. The Class of 2014 — Charlie Frye, Joel Hawthorne, Brande Lamb, Dan McGrath, Dennis Mitchell, and Kim Schaper — will be honored at a banquet February 20, 2015, on campus at the Quaker Station Ballroom.
