The University of Akron Track and Field team will be celebrating the spirit of Halloween when the Zips host the Mid-American Conference Cross Country Championships on Saturday, Oct. 31, at Canton GlenOak High School as members of the squad will be passing out Halloween treats to any child dressed in costume or showing school spirit at the races.
